For Valentines Day Matt and I decided we would stay in for dinner. It’s just too much of a pain to try to go out and we’d end up spending a lot of money. So I figured this would be a fun way to make a decadant dinner for the two of us. But I can’t decide what to make! It all sounds so good!
So here’s some recipes I’ve compiled that if you’re in the same situation may help out. And if you’re single, treat yourself to something delicious!
Tuscan Lamb With Tomatoes and Polenta (above)
Lamb Stew with Lemon and Thyme
Lamb Chops with Pomegranate and Red Wine Sauce
Lamb Chops with Classic Risotto Spinach
Braised Lamb Shanks for Two
Lamb au Poivre
Carbonnade Belgian Beer Onion Stew
Steak “Bavette” with Shallots
Flank Steak Stuffed with Sundried Tomatoes, Goat Cheese and Basil
Steak w/ Pink Peppercorn, Rosemary & Lemon Butter (above)
French Beef Stew in Red Wine
A Simpler Steak au Poivre
Pan Roasted Pork Loin Chops with Port Cherry Reduction (above)
Brined Garlic Studded Pork Loin
Pork Chops alla Pizzaiola
Citrus Pork Chops with Pomegranate Salsa
Pork Chops with Balsamic Maple Glaze
Breaded Lemon and Basil Mahi Mahi

Grilled Salmon with Lemon Herb Butter Sauce
Personally, I’m thinking salad and a homemade tomato soup for starters. Then a main dish of either fish, steak, or lamb (my favs!) with either risotto or orzo.
